Fall Sports

 

Football

Football, one of the few sports where time spent in the weight room is almost as important as time spent on the field. We have specialized programs for each position on the field. We also have off season and in season training regiments.
Specialization: Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Wide Receiver, Offensive Lineman, Defensive Lineman, Linebackers, Defensive Backs

Cross Country

Our cross country program will help your legs become stronger and have more endurance. We achieve this through a variety of low weight and high repetition workouts, as well as different cardio workouts

Volleyball

Volleyball is a game of reaction endurance and explosive movements. So our program focuses on these 3 areas. For reaction time we do a lot of agility drills. We combine our endurance and explsove movements into a weight lifting program, we do a lot of high weight low rep and super set it by doing aerobics inbetween.

We have 2 programs tailored to the specific needs of guards and post up players.
Specialization: Guards Post

Wrestling

Our cross country program will help your legs become stronger and have more endurance. We achieve this through a variety of low weight and high repetition workouts, as well as different cardio workouts

Baseball/Softball

We have the same approach for men's baseball and women's softball. Since baseball and softball are sports that have a lot of specialization, each position group has special muscle groups they need to work on. And not to mention the different training that you require when your a leadoff man or a middle of the order person.
Specialization: Catchers Pitchers Infielders Outfielders

Track

Track, one the purest sports in the world. Most events involves one type of skill that you use to compete against another person directly. Nothing is more simple than one person running against another to see who can finish first.
Specialization: Sprinters Long Distance Throwers

Tennis

Our program for tennis involves a lot of cardio and working on the muscle endurance in your arms and legs.
