We have 2 programs tailored to the specific needs of guards and post up players.



ServiceBasketball → Guards

Our program we have developed for guards is based off explosive muscle movements. So we work a lot of quick movements and muscle endurance. Since guards tpyically have the ball in their hands we work a lot of hand eye coordination and reaction based drills.



ServiceBasketball → Post

Playing the post in basketball is all about positioning and moving. So our program features a lot of footwork drills and agility drills. This will allow you to move more freely in the post and be able to get to the block before your opponet will. We incorporate a lot of legs workouts into our program as well.
