Service → Football

Football, one of the few sports where time spent in the weight room is almost as important as time spent on the field. We have specialized programs for each position on the field. We also have off season and in season training regiments.

ServiceFootball →Quarterbacks

As the quarterback, your the leader of the team. You can't gain leadership skills by not being at workouts. As long as your leading the team in workouts, you might as well be working on making yourself better. Our program has a lot of core, leg and arm strengthing drills. The stronger and more developed your arm is the better of a passer you will become. Our core and leg strengthing programs are to help you be able to avoid potential tacklers, or be able to take the hit.

ServiceFootball→Running Backs

Running backs have to have strong legs and cores. As a running back your legs have to do many things, run fast, run strong and navigate the field. A part of being a running back is being able to take a beating every play all game long. This means your core must be strong.

ServiceFootball→ Wide Receivers

If your a wide receiver, you have to be fast. Speed is the name of the game. Some people are naturally fast, while others have to be fast by having great footwork and running routes. So we run a lot of agility drills to help you with footwork anda lot of leg workouts to help you run faster.

ServiceFootball → Offensive Linemen

The stereotype for being an offesnive lineman is your a big dumb jock. Anyone who has ever play offensive line, you know better than that. Being a lineman is about being strong and agile. Our program has a lot of arm and leg workouts, so you will have no problem moving big defensive lineman around and manhandling blitzing linebackers and safeties. We also do a lot of agility drills to ensure your a strong mobile lineman.

ServiceFootball → Defensive Lineman

Being a defensive lineman is a lot like being an offensive lineman; except instead of moving people, you are focus on defeating them and pushing them out of your way. Agility is more important for defensive lineman than it is offensive. Being apart of the defense you do not know where the ball is going, you have to react and track the ball carrier. Along with defeating the lineman.

ServiceFootball → Linebackers

As a linebacker you are meant to be a ball hawk that is a tackling machine. Your job is to track down running backs and the occasional quarterback. So you need to be agile and hostile along with strong. So a lot of agility drills are done. Along with arm, leg and neck strengthing drills.

ServiceFootball → Defensive Backs

If linebackers are ballhawk tackling machines, defensive backs are ballhawks you try to find the ball while its in the air. You have to be agile to keep up with the speedy wide receivers. And be strong enough to be more physical than they are.
