Service → Baseball

We have the same approach for men's baseball and women's softball. Since baseball and softball are sports that have a lot of specialization, each position group has special muscle groups they need to work on. And not to mention the different training that you require when your a leadoff man or a middle of the order person.

ServiceBaseball → Catchers

Our special program for catchers focuses on your core, leg, and reaction time. Since being a catcher is a very physically demanding position, we focus on keeping your legs and core strong so you can withstand all the abuse that comes with the position. The other half of program is reaction time. This is a very important part of the catcher's defensive game. Since not every pitcher knows where his pitch is going very millisecond of reaction time.

ServiceBaseball → Pitchers

Our program for pitchers focuses on strengthen rotator cuffs and your arm itself. But since pitching takes more than having a strong arm, we also work a lot of cardio and leg strength. For many years it has been said pitchers should not lift weights, in fear that it will actually make their arms more pron to breaking down, this could not be farther from the truth. Our program involves a lot of low weight high rep lifts.

ServiceBaseball → Infielders

The program we have developed for infielders has a lot of reaction time, footwork and quick explsoive movements. Most of th defensive movements that you will do as in infielder are quick and sudden movements. Of course we work on building up your rotator cuff, so you can throw farther and more accurately.

ServiceBaseball → Outfielders

Our program for outfielders involves a lot of arm strength and accuracy. We also have the outfielders work on running to the ball. As with a lot of our programs the rotator cuff is essential. this is what builds arm strength and accuarcy. As you know outfielders may have to run a long way to get to the ball, so running is an essential.
